Everything you need to know about Canonum
Click the + button in the sidebar to start the creation wizard. You can:
Once created, add items to each tier. Press Tab at the end of an item name to quickly add a new item in the same tier.
On your tier list's detail page, click Edit in the toolbar. You can:
On any tier list you didn't create, click the Remix button in the toolbar. This creates a personal copy of the tier list in your account that you can edit however you like.
Your remix links back to the original, and anyone viewing the original can see how many remixes it has.
When you remix a tier list that is itself a remix, your version will show the full lineage — linking back to both the immediate parent and the ultimate original tier list.
On any tier list page, click the Share button to copy the link to your clipboard. You can also use the Export button to download your tier list as an image.
You can pin up to 5 of your tier lists to feature them prominently on your profile page. Click the Pin button on any tier list you own to add it to your featured section.
On any tier list detail page, click the Compare button in the toolbar. You'll be able to select another tier list to compare against — either from the same template or from the same remix chain.
The comparison view shows both rankings side by side, highlighting agreements and disagreements.
The agreement percentage shows how similarly two people ranked the same items. Items placed in the same tier count as full agreement; items one tier apart count as partial agreement. The bigger the gap, the bigger the disagreement.
Templates are pre-made lists of items for popular topics (e.g., "Best Movies of the 2000s"). Instead of adding items from scratch, you pick a template and start ranking right away.
To use one, click + in the sidebar and select Start from Template in the creation wizard.
You can change visibility at any time from the tier list settings.
Go to Settings (gear icon in the sidebar) and update the username field. Usernames must be 3–30 characters, lowercase letters, numbers, and underscores only.
On your Settings page, you can write a short bio (up to 160 characters) and upload a profile picture. Supported formats: PNG, JPG, GIF, and WebP (max 2MB).
